Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Last Review: December 2025

Rerevult Bank is strictly committed to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism. We have implemented a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) program in compliance with international laws and regulations.

1. Policy Statement

It is the policy of Rerevult Bank to prohibit and actively prevent money laundering and any activity that facilitates money laundering or the funding of terrorist or criminal activities. We adhere to the highest standards of compliance and ethics.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC)

We apply robust KYC measures to verify the identity of our customers. This includes:

  • Customer Identification Program (CIP): Collecting and verifying customer data (Name, DOB, Address, ID number) against reliable independent sources.
  • Customer Due Diligence (CDD): Assessing the nature of the customer's business and the risk profile of the relationship.
  • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): Applying stricter scrutiny for high-risk customers and transactions.

3. Transaction Monitoring

We utilize advanced automated systems to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. These systems look for patterns such as:

  • Transactions that have no apparent economic or lawful purpose.
  • Unusual patterns of transactions inconsistent with the customer's profile.
  • Structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.

4. Suspicious Activity Reporting

If our monitoring systems or employees detect suspicious activity, Rerevult Bank is obligated to file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) with the appropriate Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Sanctions Compliance

Rerevult Bank screens customers and transactions against global sanctions lists, including those maintained by:

  • The US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
  • The United Nations (UN)
  • The European Union (EU)
  • HM Treasury (UK)

We do not open accounts or process transactions for individuals or entities on these lists or from sanctioned jurisdictions.

6. Employee Training

All Rerevult Bank employees undergo mandatory annual AML and compliance training to recognize and respond to potential money laundering risks.
